The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is undoubtedly stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. With the right tools, coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.
Melissa Wilkes Donahue, Director of Baptist Hospital Concern EAP Services
Melissa provides innovative leadership and operational oversight of Baptist’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Responsibilities include but are not limited to development and implementation of EAP services/programs and strategies; program development to enhance delivery of counseling services/ capabilities and educational programs within organization and communities served; identification of efficiencies; financial oversight for EAP operations; promotion of business and community relationships, and administration of operating plans/goals. Works in close collaboration with Vice President of Human Resources to increase business development opportunities and EAP market share to meet the needs of and diverse employer group and/or clients.
