Prior to starting his Business Coaching business, Steve enjoyed an impressive 26-year business career working with the best Corporate America has to offer. He achieved recognition for leadership and training, sales, customer service, and asset control. Having worked in a Fortune 100 company, Steve has received the top training available and learned from the absolute best while also attaining his MBA.
Steve has enjoyed working with many businesses over the last 16 years. He has met with thousands of business owners and executives to provide training, support, and ideas to grow their business. He knows how to identify problem areas, develop improvement plans, and initialize implementation programs. However, time after time, he saw that real lasting change did not occur unless the individual learned how to take action themselves and was held accountable along the way.
