National Association of women in construction (NAWIC) mission is to championing women to impact the direction of the construction industry, and our core value is to strengthen and amplify the success of women in the construction industry.
NAWIK was founded in 1953, knowing that women represented only a small fraction of the construction industry. It was created to build a support network for women working in a male dominated field. Today, Newark has over 115 chapters throughout the United states that provides its members with opportunities for professional development, education, networking, leadership training, public service, and more.

A chapter sponsorship allows companies to annually demonstrate commitment and support of these values. May Wick Memphis offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities to help companies communicate their message to the industry and our members that they support the growth for women in the construction industry.
