Standing Committees

Finance Committee
Comprised of the Immediate Past President, President, Vice President, and Treasurer. The committee reviews budgets, financial reports, and chapter financial planning.

Membership Committee
Develops strategies to recruit, engage, and retain members while promoting the value of NAWIC membership.

Professional Development & Education (PDE) Committee
Coordinates educational programs, training opportunities, and speaker presentations that support professional growth.

Special Committees

Safety & Health Awareness Committee
Promotes safety best practices, resources, and industry regulations.

Tradeswoman Committee
Advocates for and supports women working in skilled trades and construction careers.

Sponsorship & Fundraising Committee
Secures sponsorships and develops fundraising initiatives to support chapter programs and events.

Gala Committee
Plans and coordinates the Annual Installation & Awards Gala.

Women in Construction (WIC) Week Committee
Organizes and facilitates events celebrating Women in Construction Week and promoting the achievements of women in the industry.

Marketing Committee

Responsible for promoting chapter activities, celebrating member achievements, and increasing awareness of NAWIC Memphis through social media and other communication channels.
